Wednesday, August 22nd

Morning weight: 142.2 (Δ = –1.7)

Commentary:  This drop in weight was surprising to me.  I felt I ate a lot over the last week, and even had food like fries and alcohol.  But I also stayed active.  There you have it!

Coffee with milk
A few chicken bites

2 eggs
Sausage
Jalapeño corn bread
Potatoes

Two chocolate pieces

Chicken bite
Coffee

Commentary:  Irrationality!  An important tool!

Beer
Chicken leg
Chicken wings
Dates + cheese + bacon

Whiskey
Cheese + prosciutto + cherries + garlic + bread
Bread pudding
Bag of snacks (chocolate, nuts, candies)
