A log of my diet and exercise plans for this month: Unrestricted vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and berries. Plenty of sunlight and exercise. No alcohol, no rice/bread/pasta/potatoes/refined sugar/etc, no eating after 9 PM.

Morning weight: 144.0 (Δ = +1.8)
Commentary: The longer I stay away from alcohol, the less control I have over myself when I drink. It must be making my blood sugar sky high! Well, I don't know what to do about that except to say that I'll have to ween myself off that reaction in the comfort of my apartment, once I get back to NYC.

Commentary: I drank at night but didn't have a desire for late night eating. Wonder why. Purely psychological?
