Commentary:  The day after eating so much doesn't feel so hot!

Two strips of bacon
Two eggs
Cottage cheese and berries
Salame and cheese
Coffee (~ 2 cups)

Commentary:  I'm confused as to why I ate so much when my stomach hurt and I wasn't even hungry.  Oh well.

A little chicken
Celery and cabbage

Walk and sun-sitting
Pull-ups, etc

Pistachios
Duck stick
Espresso

Kale and garlic
Salad
Chicken with okra curry

Commentary:  I felt a lot of nervous energy to eat today.  Fortunately I ate up most of my nibble-ables today.
