Monday, August 6th

Morning weight: 143.8 (Δ = -1.7)

Commentary:  How interesting!  Over the last two days I gained and lost exactly 1.7 pounds!

Coffee x 2
Cottage cheese and nectarine

Salad with spinach, red pepper, mushroom, broccoli, celery, shallots, sausage, olive oil, and balsamic

Pistachios
Cottage cheese and berries
A little chicken with curry (something in there was awfully rancid)
A bit of cabbage and butter

Coffee (socially)

A bit of walking

Chicken and veggies in salty asian sauce
Two potstickers
Club soda and lime

Commentary:  If you're hungry after a meal, does that mean that the meal is not very nourishing?  Or that you should probably stop eating?  I thought of eating something when I got home (after 9 PM), but posing this little question has helped me decide not to.
