A log of my diet and exercise plans for this month: Unrestricted vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and berries. Plenty of sunlight and exercise. No alcohol, no rice/bread/pasta/potatoes/refined sugar/etc, no eating after 9 PM.

Rest of omelet (2 eggs, pepper jack, shallots, mushrooms, red pepper, jalapeños)

Note: Took a massive dump and weighed myself for fun... it was a net loss!
